- Cancellation and Refund PolicyWhen booking online, payment is required and can be paid via paypal to our account email@example.com.Cancellation of booking made will be free of charge in case cancellation was made 7+ days before the booking date. Cancellation between 6 days and 48 hours prior to arrival will receive 50% of total booking and cancellation less than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be entitled to a refund.If you request a refund, and are entitled to it as per our cancellation policy it will be made to the original payment method that was used to make the booking.In case you are unable to experience your booking due to your own misconduct (cancelling or changing your booking without a minimum of 48 hours, failure to show up, or not following other instructions and requirements you will not be entitled to receive a refund of the deposit.
